Interesting geography

Organic Food Quality   Pros  Yes it is healthier , it has a good nutritional value. Does not contain pesticides and its fresher. Farming is better for the environment Animals are not given antibiotics and fruits and vegetables are not sprayed with chemicals. Mostly given rich and good soil. Most of the time it is local grown, like in your backyard or in the community. Supported by pollinators mostly bees Cons it is not sprayed with pesticides . But since there  not sprayed, insects, rodents, weeds, bacteria, mold and Fungus are not stopped. Since its not prayed bugs can poke tiny holes into fruits. Organic food is also more expensive then non-organic food. But people can just say its organic to make it more expensive but it is not really organic

Extraction This is First stage. Extraction is basically gathering resources from earth like (metal) Then shipping it off to production. Production This is the second stage of the cycle. the resources are transported to the production stage, mostly factory's to produce things we can buy and use.  This stage mostly is bad for the environment because the way they produce it, releases chemicals, toxins and pollution. For example in the oceans and lakes, it affects the marine life for being exposed to these toxins, they have a high risk of death. Some people may also depend on fishing so because of the toxins the fish are no good if we consume them.   Distribution  This is the third step in the cycle. Refugees are people, who were forced to flee there country/ or flee inside their country, seeking safety from conflict happening in their country like war/persecution, like a girl named Dilween. Or because their displaced because of, race,religion, political and opinions of people socially. There are about 65+ million refugees in the world right now.Most refugees will say " I want to go ba ck to their home country" maybe because of family there or they want to help the people there in the future. Their are several refugee agency's  is a organization that provides support for the refugees, such as UNHCR. They Provide shelter ,  protection advocacy (helps to change policy's that affect displaced people), health , safe guarding (help millions of people rebuild broken lives), and global needs assessments  ( a plan for action/ a crisis).  The world shows that they would have millions of people forced to live in tents away from home, just so they...

population growth has its pros and cons . Pros   With more people in a country means more workers to help the economic growth, like opening markets,stores, more job opportunity,industrial,  institutional and commercial.   More people in a country increase the labor force.  People  that invent new things that could help the world, like renewable power from the suns energy stored in a giant battery, cell service and more. And a decent/high income         Cons  A large population can have a negative impact (More demands in products, and needs.)There also might be a problem with living spaces in that country, finding a place to live, or living in a slum. Or there might be a situation were the government has a huge population and there is a part of the population that don't get to live like other people in the country so they live in poorly made homes and have a bad life, and low income. So for all that i learned this unit i find geologist and how we shape are environment interesting. How we shape are environment is horrible. Because of all the green house gasses we burned, all the carbon dioxide in the air. We don't treat the environment that good. We can change this by using less green house gasses and things that make carbon dioxide, but people in the world don't really care because the effects of this didn't hit them yet but when it does.

We as humans destroy the environment  to get the things we want like (oil for are cars, and other fossil fuels). burning fossil fuels pollute the atmosphere   The internet shows that china is the number 1 polluter in the world. I think its because that most of the stuff that is made in the world comes from chinas factory's then there's lots of Co2 that goes in the air. What happens when Co2 rises in the air it stays there, then the energy that comes from the sun is trapped in the cloud of Co2. Then the co2 changes tempature since it absorbed the heat energy then that causes global warming.
